Our 2026 Remembrance Day Service will be held on Sunday 8th November at the Birchwood memorial at 1.30pm, officiated by Reverend Kevin Hart.

The 2027 Memorial Service is planned to take place on Sunday of 6th June 2027 at the Birchwood memorial at 11.30am.

The follow on service at the village memorial will also still take place at 14.00.

The AGM will be held on Saturday 5th June at 17.00hrs. the venue Skellingthorpe Community Centre. Following which we will adjourn to a local hostelry for refreshments and a bite to eat.

This is the foundations of an airfield building, believed to be Hut 133

Hut 133 we believe was used for general purpose storage of various aircraft components!!!???
